FAQ

The name came to me long before their was a TV show by the same name.  In a dream in 2003 I heard the Lord tell me that my Ministry would be built upon a foundation that the enemy could not prevail, and that I had an anointing such as the Sons of Thunder or Boanerges.  The next day I started walking in that anointing.  The sons of Thunder Ministry was birthed.

1.  You must meet all of the requirements set forth in the membership section of this page. 

2.  You must have a sit down conversation with a member, and they have to put you up for discipleship (Prospect).

3.  You must be able to accept/believe our statement of faith. 

4.  You must complete our discipleship program.  

No.  We are more concerned with where your life is, your relationship with Christ, and your willingness to share the gospel with those lost and dying in this world, rather what type of bike you ride.  We accept any motorcycle above a 600cc.  You got to be able to keep up

Our Cut is a 3 piece patch setup and is in no way meant to be a sign of disrespect to fellow MCs rocking the 3 piece.

Our 3 piece setup is a representation of the Holy Trinity, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, 3 God heads in one body. 3 Patches separate but unified.

The Top Rocker is the name of the Ministry, "Sons of Thunder"  

The Bottom Rocker is what we represent as "Christian".  We wear a state patch on our vest but we do not claim any state or territory.

What separates us I would say is our structure, we are an MM, set up like a MC, we have rules, bylaws, and governed by the Bible and what God says. 

We are an all denomination, non denomination ministry, that still preaches Hell is real, Death is eternal outside of Christ, and that Christ died for your sins and mine so that we may have eternal life.  We use the holy bible as our bylaws, and we pray about every decision and issue before passing judgement to remove the flesh as much as possible.  We love the lord, we love to ride hard, we love to ride fast, we love to disciple, and make disciples.
